"My goodness, what a night. The feedback from our staff was that it’s the best event they have ever been to. They loved being in that giant room and how it was laid out with the bar, which allowed them to mingle and not feel squished. It really is a fabulous room.
Massive shout out to your team, and in particular Ben, who nursed a lost sheep at the end of the night and made sure she got home. Your team was attentive, adaptable, and took initiative. We couldn’t have pulled it all off without you all.
We hope to party in the ballroom again some year!

"They did a wonderful job of hosting us- we felt both at the Tower, Hampton and Big Blue that the teams were keen to accommodate us, and give Beaverbrooks a warm welcome. You don’t always get this in say, Manchester or Liverpool.
I’ve already given some feedback to the Tower and I will be sending further on when I have from our guests; to both them, the hotels and catering. I asked the guests to fill out a comprehensive survey, so it’s great that the teams are wanting this detail to be sent over as well 😊

"I just wanted to personally say a big thank you to you and the team for all your hard work last week. From the doorman to the bar staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The award service of dinner was one of the smoothest and quickest we have ever had, and we all know how hard it is to pull off a seamless service for that many guests!
The venue looked amazing, and our guests were in awe of the splendour of the building. They all really enjoyed themselves in Blackpool too. It was lovely to work with you all, and here’s hoping we can again in the future. I would love to use your venues again as everything was great.

The Blackpool Conference & Exhibition Centre offered a really good fusion of modern conferencing facilities, complete with eye-catching staging and sound system, and the historic ballroom of Winter Gardens.
Blackpool is an iconic place that is close to many people’s hearts. It was the go-to place for many people to holiday growing up and they enjoy visiting for special occasions.
The staff were extremely helpful from start to finish and ensured the whole day will live long in the memory of all who attended.
