Eating Out in Blackpool: A Culinary Adventure by the Seaside

Discover the Best Restaurants and Food Experiences to enjoy when you bring your conference to Blackpool

There are a huge selection of restaurants, bistros and unique dining experiences across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast for your delegates to enjoy.

With so much choice, here are some of the MeetBlackpool teams’ favourite places to eat:

In the town centre

Within the Winter Gardens and right next to Blackpool's £30m state-of-the-art Conference Centre, the beautiful Empress Coffee Bar and Bistro serves modern cuisine among a cosy ambience, whilst The Floral Lounge offers gourmet coffee and delectable bites. Just across the road in the heart of Blackpool town centre is Abingdon Food Hall offering a range of street food options from independent retailers.

Prefer a restaurant? Amaro offers a true taste of Italy, Stefanis serves incredible wood-fired pizza, Common serves up Mexican food and cocktails and Vintro Lounge is a true home from home serving.

There are plenty of more relaxed, independant cafes, too. Why not try, Hive, an artisan coffee shop and bake-house perfect for a light bite, or if you're looking for a little more, Number Five is famed for its fabulous full English breakfast. Alternatively, Quilligan‘s Café Bar, with film themed decor and related dishes is open all week and is right in the centre of town.

Seafront Dining:

Enjoy a stunning sea view whilst you dine at The Beach House Bar & Bistro, which boasts breathtaking views across the Promenade and fresh wholesome food. Alternatively, The Beachside Restaurant, located inside the Boulevard Hotel, an ideal corporate accomodation option, fuses cuisines from across the globe.

Prefer something more traditional? Harry Ramsden’s serves its iconic fish and chips at the foot of The Blackpool Tower.  Or, head towards the famous North Pier to find the Three Piers Cookhouse & Pub.

For live entertainment, Viva Vegas Diner and Bar, serving great food and good fun sits right in the centre of the promenade, as does Wok In, offering a great mix of authentic Asain cuisine.

As of summer 2023, Blackpool now boasts a Turtle Bay, too, sitting right on the promenade and close to plenty of town centre meeting spaces and conference venues.

Something to drink?

For stunning views across the town, treat your delegates or colleagues to a drink at Bar 380, right at the top of the Blackpool Tower! Or, for stunning views across the town and the coastline, why not take the team for a trip to the end of North Pier and sit above the sea at Bloom Bar or try Spyglass, where shaken not stirred is the order of the day in this new themed bar.

Alternatively, relax and unwind post conference with drinks, live music and dancing at The Galleon Bar in the town centre or Soul Suite on the Promenade.

For drinks next to the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach, try The Velvet Coaster, and while you're there, enjoy a drink or two on their impressive roof terrace overlooking the sea.

With a diverse range of dining experiences in Blackpool it’s an exciting and unforgettable journey, with an abundance of delicious food options to discover and enjoy while soaking up the seaside atmosphere.
